Hi;
This is an article from the Toronto Star on the 28/Dec/09, which talks about how we can claim a portion of any upgrades done to the common area's of our building (replacing windows, landscaping, the concrete that they re-did around the back of the building, etc.), anything they used our condo fee"s to pay for, we can deduct a portion off on our personal taxes.
It also talks about what we would need from Sandra in the office to be able to claim our "Home Improvement Tax Credit". I found it very informative & well worth the read.
