yeah about the dog thing i think it is unfair i think you should be aloud 2 dogs just like anyone else is if they are small dogs there shouldn't be a problem and or size of dog shouldn't be a problem dogs should be treated just as equal as cats....

I recently moved into this building and was at awe at how the board is able to dictate which type of pets you're allowed to have. I understand that sometimes 2 dogs can create a ruckus but according to city by laws, we are allowed to have 2 dogs per household. I think it should be determined on a case by case basis. Now my dog lost his buddy.

Does anyone know if there is true cause to why our lower windows are not covered for replacement while the upper windows are? I find it frustrating that we are not offered any suggestions on replacement windows. They are old looking, let in a lot of cold air etc. Thoughts?

The "Gym" (such as it is ) is located on P1. Turn left out of the elevator and walk (or jog) all the way to the end of the corridor through the door to the stairs and the exercise room is on your right (Take your front door key to unlock the door. (happy sweating" ;-)

Can anyone tell me what the condo fee includes besides maintenance? Does it cover water, specifically hot water? Thanks.

A little rebellion now and then is a good thing............. (and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.) THOMAS JEFFERSON, letter to James Madison, Jan. 30, 1787 Revolution?/Rebellion? It's all good. It demands the transparency and accountability of the ruling party who fear what cannot be controlled...and gives a voice for change.
