I am a resident of 45 Pond Mills Road (I rent my unit, I am NOT an owner). It has come to my attention that apparently the board has decided they both need and intend to, dictate whom I may, and may not, have as a visitor to my apartment. Apparently they have also chosen to threaten my landlord with costly legal action if I do not comply. I take great exception to this and shall soon publish my thoughts on the matter. First let's see if the board has enough commitment to deal directly with me.

MORE SOON!

Hi
I am a owner at the condo and also a dog owner. Why doesn't the Board worry more about the kids that race around defacing and breaking into cars plus kids running up and down the halls instead of causing you to have to worry just because you have a visitor who wants to bring their pet with them?

Sharon's dog, Damien (affectionally known as "Bo") passed away this morning, two days after Sharon wrote the above eMail. Damien had lived in this building for over 11 years. A gentle giant, as dogs go. I recall the first time that my son Adrien met "Bo". I was working as Superintendent of this building at the time. Adrien was just over one year old. We were both in the elevator, when the door opened and Bo and Sharon stepped in. Damien immediately approached Adrien and proceded to lick his face. Adrien, not having had much experience with dogs reacted by licking him right back. They have been best friends ever since. Possiblly the largest dog ever to grace this building with his presence. Damien was always a gentleman. Never the aggressor, always willing to show affection by wagging his little stub of a tail. Hey boy, we will miss you.

Sharon and Jim,

We have just learned the news about Damien's passing. He was a 'real' dog and a favourite of ours. It always made us smile to see him plodding along the sidewalk. Damien was such a gentle, loving dog and he is going to be missed. Our hearts and prayers are with you both.
