ABOUT SWEET ADELINES

LONDON CHORUS

The London Chapter was founded in 1954 and is the oldest existing Ontario Chapter (second oldest in Canada). We are part of Border Lakes Region 2, which encompasses Southwestern Ontario and Northern Michigan. Each year, worldwide regional competitions are held in the Spring and our Chorus has won first place six times. London Chorus has competed Internationally in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Portland, Indianapolis and Houston.
This year in Dearborn Michigan we placed first for a mid sized Chorus and second overall. Our score of 621 points in the 2012 Regional contest was high enough for us to be considered for a WildCard position in the 2013 International Contest. We'll find out in June!!
We accept paid singing engagements but also provide community service through selected benefit performances.
